At Bri Vandyke Photography, every piece of art is made to order just for you. This ensures the highest quality and a truly unique piece, tailored to your selection. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any artwork. 

However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@brivandyke.com with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the situation and ensure you receive a perfect piece.
